Anne Urban, President and CEO

Before founding DPC, Ms. Urban worked 22 years in the hotel industry serving in a variety of management positions including: Regional Director of Operations, General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, Director of Sales, Corporate Sales Trainer. Ms. Urban worked 5 years as Director of Convention Sales & Marketing for the Jacksonville and the Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau. Ms. Urban was responsible for the management of the sales personnel and the services department for the CVB. The services department serviced over 900 groups per year in the North Florida region.

Steve Urban, Vice-President of Quality Assurance and Operations

Steve Urban is Director of Quality Assurance and Operations for Destination Planning Corporation (DPC). Urban’s responsibilities include quality assurance, contractual negotiations, information technology, systems development and strategic business development. Prior to this assignment, Urban was General Manager of J & J Imports and Fabrication, an $8 mil importer and fabrication business and a primary regional installation contractor for The Home Depot. Urban joined Destination Planning Corporation in 2007 although he has been involved on a consulting basis since the company's inception.

Nicole Hernandez, Director of Creative Services

Nicole Hernandez, Director of Creative Services, came into Destination Planning Corporation with an extensive background in corporate and social event planning, and brought her passion for Event Design to her position. Nicole got her start working at the EDC of Metro Orlando handling events such as inaugural dinners for the Mayor, International summits, and local government funded events.  After realizing her creative potential, she moved onto the premier décor company in Florida where she handled 100s of events each year with her attention to detail and eye for design.
